Live Centers

MTA Direct offers a complete selection of high-quality live centers for suiting all your common turning applications. All of our live centers for lathe are made in Taiwan and made of high-grade alloy steel, hardened to high HRC, precisely ground, assembled, and tested by our dedicated engineers. The bearing-sets of the live centers are from Japan or from Europe (NSK/FAG/NTN/KOYO), guaranteeing smooth operation, and long product life.

The following is a selection guide helping you to choose the right live center for your applications. The “NCH” is the most popular model for CNC Lathe, most of our machine builder customers choose “NCH” as the standard accessory for their machines. THE “NC” model has a smaller outer diameter compared to the “NCH” model, this offers you more flexibility in designing the traveling route of your tool turret. The “NCK” model has an even higher loading capacity and high RPM for your high-end CNC lathes. If your application RPM is very high, the “NCP” model has 10000 RPM capability. The “NCR” model allows you to fine adjust the loading force. If your application is with high loading, take the “NCF” model, or “SW” model which offers even higher loading capability. “NK” is our standard model for manual lathe, and “PC” is with low-cost design for regular applications.
